We would like to remind you that members themselves have to clean our apartments and holiday homes at the end of the rental period.
The majority of members do a great job in this regard, but recently there has been an increase in complaints about poor cleaning.
If cleaning is neglected, the lessee can expect to be charged for cleaning!
Remember that in order for us to offer affordable accommodation everyone needs to take good care of these properties and clean up after themselves.
